What documents do I need to rent a car?
To rent a car, you'll need a valid driving license (minimum 1 year old), a government-issued ID proof (Aadhar card, passport, etc.), and a credit card for security deposit. International customers need a valid passport, international driving permit, and their original driving license.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required, which varies depending on the car model. The deposit amount ranges from ₹5,000 for economy cars to ₹20,000 for luxury vehicles. This deposit is fully refunded when you return the car without any damages.
What is your fuel policy?
We follow a "full to full" fuel policy. This means you'll receive the car with a full tank and are expected to return it full. If the car is returned with less fuel, you'll be charged for the missing fuel plus a service fee.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24-48 hours, there's a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup or no-shows are charged at 100%.
Is there a mileage limit?
Yes, our standard rental packages include 200 kilometers per day. Additional kilometers are charged at ₹8-15 per kilometer depending on the car model. We also offer unlimited kilometer packages for long-term rentals at a higher daily rate.
